Inland Pools & Construction is seeking a Pool Construction General Laborer (Experience preferred) who excels in all aspects of residential swimming pool and general construction projects. Inland Pools has been in business for 20+ years and has a strong reputation in the luxury pool market. We are continuously growing and being awarded new projects that we need to hire top-notch people to help continue to grow in a thriving market. Maintaining our level of excellence in deliverability is key to our success. You will report directly to the Project Manager and Company Owner. Monday - Friday, Some Weekends 40 plus hours weekly Requirements: *Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation. *Good communication skills *Pool construction experience *Organizational and time-management skills *A team player *Ability to work with little supervision *Ability to be effective when meeting subcontractors *Ability to lift 50 or more lbs. unassisted *Able and willing to perform duties requiring physical labor *Deliver equipment to job sites *Keep job sites clean Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15-$20 per hour depending upon experience. Weekly Pay. $1 raise after 30 day review. Work truck to be provided.
