RFP 2024-15 Transit Center Renovation - Customer Service Center

Scope of work includes: Demolition of the front façade wall, complete demolition of the existing concrete slab, interior walls and building systems. New work includes a new front façade wall, concrete sidewalk modification and interior concrete slab modification, new interior partition walls, custom casework, furnishings, new restrooms, HVAC, Electrical and IT. An unfinished shell space is also included in the project. The facility is approximately 2600 square feet. The preproposal conference will be held on December 4, 2024, at the Lextran Transit Center located at 150 E. Vine St. Lexington, KY 40507, at 10AM EST.
