Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent who can lead Churchill McGee job sites with confidence, strong communication, and a commitment to our high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, solve on-site challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently while representing our culture of teamwork and professionalism. We’re seeking a proactive, organized leader who takes pride in their work and helps create a positive, collaborative environment on every site.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise the construction site and ensure that all work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and codes.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Ensure that all workers and subcontractors comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor and report on project progress, including any delays or issues that may arise.
Review all construction-related documentation, such as contracts, invoices, and change orders, ensuring that they are within budget and meet project specifications
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
Interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
Liaise with inspection authorities and conduct regular reviews of the construction site to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues.
Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
What You’ll Bring:
Five (5) + years’ commercial construction experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and similar programs
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Ability to demonstrate the competencies of achieving results, communication, collaboration, and building teamwork
Firm understanding of the commercial construction industry and processes
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods).
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
OSHA-10/OSHA-30 certification (preferred).
