Concrete Division Manager (Lexington)

Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in light commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Concrete Division Manager to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and scope.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and industry standards.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
• Oversee budget management, cost tracking and expense monitoring.
• Ensure quality control and conduct inspections to meet industry standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Assist estimating team with bids for new projects.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in concrete construction project management.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Education and Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
• OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
