Business Development Consultant
Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Business Development Coordinator to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through networking and market research.
- Develop relationships with clients such as general contractors, architects, and property developers.
- Understand and present our construction service and products.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to offer customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to meet targets.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in commercial construction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Initiative-taking, independent and team oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management or related field.
